- Built LBO Models for the investee companies of a mid-market $2 Bn PE Fund for the preparation of LBO, Financial Models

- Led & executed multiple disputes in varied industry domains including Waste Management & Real Estate involving the valuations of the company as per but-for principle involving DCF & Multiples Approach. (Quantum : $25-100 Mn.)
- Conducted a fact-finding engagement for one of leading e-commerce companies to identify financial irregularities on the behest of the Anchor Investors. The engagement resulted in identification and recovery from key employees of the company.

- Led a team of 30+ associates / senior to perform the Transaction Review under the mandate by Supreme Court of India & appeared before the Chief Justice of India. (Quantum : $ 525 Mn.)
- Worked closely with the Valuations & Deals team to support various Cross Border Transactions.
- Led & Executed multiple mandates pertaining to “Transaction Review” of Accounts as per the IBC (Bankruptcy Code) ($1.50 – 8 Bn.) Industry: Steel; EPC, Power Plant & Jeweler
RBSA Advisors
- Sell side advisory mandate for the Government of India under Disinvestment initiative. (Industry: Shipping) (The deal got concluded at $131.25Mn.)
- Valuation for 2 (out of 12) largest IBC mandates (in Indian context).
- Brand Valuation for leading South Indian F&B chain of India. (Industry: Hospitality)
- Individually executed the mandate of arranging a debt term loan for a beverage manufacturer. (Deal Size: $10 Mn.)
- Sell side advisory mandate for a leading hotel chain in Ahmedabad (Industry: Hospitality)
- Executed a Dispute Advisory Engagement for one of the world’s biggest franchise – involving computation of losses in a but-for scenario. (Deal Size: $640 Mn.)
- Executed a Dispute Advisory Engagement against global conglomerate for alleged breach of Sole Purchase Agreement. (Deal Size: $20 Mn.)
