I joined investment banking program of TWSS to learn about financial modelling and valuations so that I can begin my career in the direction I had envisioned and after getting placed in a financial modeling role, I can happily say that TWSS has lived up to my expectations. The course is very well drafted and taught. The theoretical part is covered practically which gives a great insight into the kind of work you will actually do on a daily basis once you get into the industry. All the faculties have deep knowledge of the topics they teach and are happy to take up as many doubts as you have. The best part was that the mentor-ship and the guidance was not restricted to the classroom. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn the practical aspects of investment banking and use that exposure to make a career in it.

After becoming CA, I was working in a CA firm, having worked for around 7 months ,I realized this is not what I want to do all my life. But at the same time I was not clear as to what should I do next. All thanks to my cousin, who suggested me this Investment Banking course from The wall street School, Delhi. Till now all I knew about Strategic financial management was from theoretical perspective. Here I actually learnt its practical application and trust me I was able to connect my concepts to the real world. Faculty here is awesome and dedicated, each one of them have their unique way of teaching keeping the interest of student intact throughout the class. Having done this 6 weeks programme, I feel myself adequately equipped with skills and knowledge and personally I am much more confident about myself. Let me give a brief about my background. I did my bachelor of engineering in Mechanical branch. After completing my graduation, I became interested in Finance, particularly IB and looked forward to pursuing my career in this field. Now, the uphill task was to study financial concepts and modelling beforehand to enter into an IB firm, which is a necessary requirement. Then I came across The WallStreet School. The Financial Modelling course here is taught by seasoned faculty including the founders, carrying years of industry expertise under the belt, which is reflected in their teaching. The Financial Modelling course I learned here started from learning basic to advanced Excel and related financial concepts. You?ll learn how static and dynamic models are made once you are comfortable in Excel and do projections of companies. The focus is given more on practical knowledge like real-life case studies and lesser on theoretical knowledge, making the student industry ready for the job if you?re looking for one. They also provide ample placement opportunities to the students, helping them to get into reputed IB firms and research companies.
