Let me give a brief about my background. I did my bachelor of engineering in Mechanical branch. After completing my graduation, I became interested in Finance, particularly IB and looked forward to pursuing my career in this field. Now, the uphill task was to study financial concepts and modelling beforehand to enter into an IB firm, which is a necessary requirement. Then I came across The WallStreet School. The Financial Modelling course here is taught by seasoned faculty including the founders, carrying years of industry expertise under the belt, which is reflected in their teaching. The Financial Modelling course I learned here started from learning basic to advanced Excel and related financial concepts. You?ll learn how static and dynamic models are made once you are comfortable in Excel and do projections of companies. The focus is given more on practical knowledge like real-life case studies and lesser on theoretical knowledge, making the student industry ready for the job if you?re looking for one. They also provide ample placement opportunities to the students, helping them to get into reputed IB firms and research companies.
