It has been such a great experience for me to join TWSS and learn from both you and Manoj Sir. Highly professional and knowledgeable faculties. I take back a lot from here as we learnt the basics and the advanced excel formulas by you.We learnt how to break down various financial models and how to build them from scratch.You have taught us the ability to understand a company in a particular sector. It was a great experience for me to learn the financial modeling & valuations from TWSS. It really helped me to understand the practical application with its well organised course structure which also in a way help to cater the need of real life job experience. Also, the faculties there are really helpful who makes all the efforts to understand the real concepts of valuation. Additionally, they really make tremendous effort for the placements with their solid network and concurrently prepare for the job interviews with the mock interviews,professional resume preparation and regular follow up with the recruiters. Pedagogy: Application of theoretical knowledge to real-life problems is effectively implemented through this pedagogy. Faculty: Himanshu & Manoj sir, are the best professionals in the Industry and have a deep understanding of all the Financial & Accounting concepts. Any student who attends their classes, even the ones who had no-finance background, can get a grasp of how analysts think @ I-Banking. Placements: TWSS team has huge network with Corporate specifically in Investment Banking & Corporate Finance world and strives their best to get each and every student to get placed or assists students in getting an entry into I-Banking. Negatives: I can only think of only one con: If a student misses any classes because of any interviews, it will be difficult for him/her to cope up in the following classes. This course is one of the best course for Valuation and Modelling. I recommend every one who is interested in FINANCE and want to do valuation of stocks /company but don’t know how to start with.. It will give you intense knowledge of valuation and modelling so that one can start valuing company independently. Best part is that they are providing almost guaranteed job to everyone who want to do that. I personally recommended my CA Fraternity friends who are by any reason not able to crack final exam after multiple attempts. Joining TWSS for the 6 weeks full time Investment Banking and Equity Research Training Program was the best decision of my life. Firstly, the training was well crafted to the corporate needs. The course is very well designed and delivered in an approach which makes complex things easy to understand. Faculty has rich corporate experience and it makes the course more special as everything taught and discussed in class is totally practical & implemented in job. Every minute spent in this institute is worth the price paid for learning. Financial modelling part teaches skills to make assumptions and project financials for different industries. Valuations part covers DCF and relative both methods of valuation. Long discussions, queries, doubt removal sessions & regular assessment made sure that we stay on the lines of course and complete our assignments regularly. Prior to joining WallStreet School I have never learnt a new skill in such a short amount of time but it makes me feel proud to be associated with an institute that honestly teaches, sincerely works hard and leaves no stone unturned to make us realise our true potential. Also, the profile building and resume part is taken care by institute. This ensures that we maintain professionalism and sanctity while keeping things short and simple. Mock interviews helped me to open up and refine my thought process. I came to the institute with expectations to learn quickly and get placed.
